White House, Tennessee · Mobile training & massage
Thirty years as a Hollywood stuntwoman. Thirty-five as a fitness professional. Now I bring the training and the table to your front door.
01 Work With Me
No gym membership, no drive, no waiting for a machine. Training and massage happen in your own home — which for most people is the difference between meaning to start and actually starting.
One to one, built around your goals, your fitness level and what your life actually allows. Thirty or sixty minute sessions, packages available.
Recovery work from someone who spent three decades putting her own body back together after impact. Bodywork that understands what training does to you.
Train alongside a few other people. Strength, accountability and the bit most people are missing — someone expecting you to turn up.
Programming that travels with you, so a work trip or a busy month doesn't undo three months of progress.
For the chapter after the one that ended. Mindset, confidence and reinvention — the thing I had to do myself when the stunt work stopped.
Keynotes and workshops on courage, resilience and reinvention, from someone who has jumped off the building rather than read about it.
02 My Story
I never set out to live an ordinary life. I was drawn to challenges, adventure, and pushing beyond what most people believed was possible. That passion led me to a thirty-year career as a Hollywood stuntwoman, where I performed high-risk stunts, doubled actresses in film and television, and learned one of life's greatest lessons.
Courage isn't the absence of fear — it's choosing to move forward anyway.
When my stunt career came to an end, I faced the same question many people eventually ask themselves: what's next? Instead of looking back, I chose to reinvent myself. I became a certified personal trainer, life coach, author and massage therapist — and found that the same discipline and resilience that carried me through Hollywood could help other people transform their own lives.
My mission has never been about six-pack abs or the number on a scale. It's about helping people become stronger — physically, mentally and emotionally.
